Holli is the founder of Phosphor, a clarity-first consultancy and editorial platform. She’s built frameworks, led research teams, and consulted on everything from AI ethics to service blueprints. Her approach is both philosophical and deeply practical: insight should be usable, and systems should serve the people inside them.

She holds a PhD in Rhetoric and Composition and has worked in classrooms, war rooms, and boardrooms. She believes in the power of plain language, thoughtful structure, and accountable leadership.
